Key Responsibilities:
• Drive branch profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, train, and manage a high-performing team.
• Develop marketing & sales strategies for forklift batteries, industrial batteries, and UPS solutions.
• Handle PLN tenders and data center projects.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in industrial battery sales, especially in East Java or other regions.
• Familiarity with PLN tenders and data center solutions.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and team coordination skills.
