Responsibilities:
Ensure all production machines operate efficiently.
Inspect, disassemble, and replace machine parts as needed.
Conduct routine machine checks to maintain optimal performance.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with Quality and Production teams for machine validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Source and compare prices for new machines and spare parts.
Contact suppliers for quotations on standard and special spare parts.
Review and approve incoming spare parts and equipment.
Mentor and support team development.
Train new team members on technical tasks.
Propose internal and external training programs for team growth.
Enforce safety (K3) procedures within the Engineering department.
Conduct safety briefings and attend external safety training if invited.
Prepare the annual maintenance budget.
Monitor spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
Experience with tube filling machines is a plus.
Knowledge of PLC and pneumatic systems.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
