Our client, a major Japanese Conglomerate company is currently looking for an exceptional HR Payroll Staff in order to help them to coordinate the internal employee's payroll, taxes, and benefit. In this role you will be working collaboratively with the HR team in their head office in Jakarta.
 
Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Handle deductions, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and finance departments.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and address any queries or issues they may have.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to ensure accurate administration of programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR and payroll.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Accounting.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in as HR Payroll and Benefit role.
  • Proven experience in handling Pph 21, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Having experience using SAP System and Sunfish Application would be a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
