- Preferably those who have experience as a Corporate Banking Account Officer / RM at least 7 years, especially for corporate finance with a scope in the fields of manufacturing, business services (consulting services, accounting firms, lawyers, etc.), project finance, construction and property, financial institutions and insurance.
- Have the ability to analyze financial statements properly and in depth, especially related to corporations and / or loans with a scope in the fields of manufacturing, business services (consulting services, accounting firms, lawyers, etc.), project finance, construction and property, financial institutions and insurance .
- Able to achieve the specified total profit.
- Able to achieve credit growth targets, develop a managed loan portfolio strategy, Non-Performing Loans and other business targets as determined by the Bank.
- Have the ability to negotiate and communicate skills with debtors or customers.
- Know well the rules and regulations, especially those related to the banking sector.
- Has the ability to rate and decide on credit.
- Have a good understanding of operational activities in the marketing sector.
- Have the ability to provide detailed explanations to external and internal inspection teams related to their fields.
- Can communicate using English well.
