Admin Staff
A rapidly growing Japanese trading company is looking for a passionate administration staff to become a part of their team. In this role you will be a key person who is in charge of the whole company’s administration and financial matters in their company’s branch in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Main Responsibilities of the Admin Staff
- Coordinating delivery inquiries with warehouse vendors.
- Actively communicating with clients regarding purchase orders.
- Prepare accounting data for financial purposes.
- Coordinating with third parties.
- Responsible to handle all of company’s administration tasks.
- Reporting directly to director.
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the related role.
- Having experience in Japanese companies would be a plus.
- Able to speak English for business purposes.
- Willing to be arranged for a full on-site working arrangement in Jakarta.
