Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our Corporate MIS / Business Applications tea. The ideal candidate will be a critical player in identifying business use cases, designing AI/ML model architectures, and leading the end-to-end development and deployment of scalable, intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and frame business problems suitable for AI/ML.
- Lead the design, training, testing, and deployment of ML models and Generative AI solutions.
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance with governance standards.
- Craft and refine prompts for large language models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Design and orchestrate intelligent multi-agent systems using role-specialized agents.
- Build structured, context-aware models and agents using Pydantic AI.
- Develop and manage robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to feed data into AI systems.
- Explore cutting-edge AI capabilities, test new architectures, and bring innovative ideas into practical implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and operations teams, presenting complex concepts in business-friendly language.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, especially in use-case-driven solution building. You must have a proven ability to own model development from use-case definition to deployment. Experience in enterprise, manufacturing, or process-driven environments is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and ML/AI libraries like PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face is required. A strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, predictive modeling, and RAG pipelines is also essential. Expertise in multi-agent AI design using Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a key requirement.
- Frameworks: You should have experience with Pydantic AI or similar frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is required
- Personal Attributes: You must have strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and the ability to simplify complex technical ideas are crucial. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an innovation mindset. Good English proficiency is also required.
