Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients within the region, focusing on heavy equipment and machinery financing.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer businesses and prepare comprehensive reports to support financial facility approvals.
Draft and submit detailed credit applications for internal review.
Manage and monitor active client accounts, ensuring timely payment collection.
Drive growth by expanding the regional business portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and commercial vehicle dealers.
Acquire new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Oversee collections from overdue accounts with tact and persistence.
Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports to track performance.
Provide monthly market updates and insights for strategic planning.
Requirement:
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing within a multi-finance or leasing company.
Proficient in English—spoken and written.
Hands-on experience in heavy equipment and machinery financing.
Deep understanding of the heavy equipment leasing industry.
Strong command of credit analysis, financial statement interpretation, and marketing strategies.
Excellent network, relationship-building abilities, and strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive initiative.
Highly motivated, results-driven, with a strong personality and ability to perform under pressure.
Possesses a valid driver’s license and can operate a vehicle.
Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area.
