Requirement:
- S1 in marketing, business administration, management or related field
- 3 years' experience in FMCG, specialize in new product launch.
- Experience in marketing (brand management), product management/development, digital marketing, marketing communication, trade marketing
- Experience in budgeting and the product P&L
- Able to communicate in English.
- Willling to work in Jakarta
Job Description:
- Assist in the planning, developing, and launching new products
- Plan, implement, and evaluate the timeline for preparing product launches
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, production, SC, warehouse
- Evaluate performance and impact marketing campaign
- Manage consumer and trade promotions and marketing events
- Analyze competitor performance and market trends
- Work with market research
- Control expenses within the allocated budget
