Our client is engaged in food producer industry, a multinational company from China. They currently seek a HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- All HR function: Recruitment Selection, Performance Management, Compensation Benefit, Employee Relation, Training & Development, Industrial Relation, HR Planning and Budgeting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relates field (HR, Legal, Management)
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same role
- Has strong knowledge in Indonesia HR Regulation
- Understanding about Legal
- Has experienced of working with multinational companies
- Able to speak Mandarin (Active) is a must
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
