Specific Condition: Fluent in English and experience working with expatriates.
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will be fully in charge of the Air Dome construction and installation at site, on behalf of our client.
The structures are semi-permanent and lightweight, similar to prefabricated warehouses, industrial modular buildings, sports halls, or temporary event halls. The role requires strong site management skills, multi-discipline knowledge, and experience leading a team efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading construction projects, preferably in semi-permanent lightweight structures, prefabricated buildings, or modular industrial facilities.
- Proven ability to lead a site team and manage medium-to-large scale site operations.
- Strong understanding of site documentation, HSE, and safety management.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of civil and MEP disciplines is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Be fully responsible for all on-site activities for Air Dome construction and installation.
- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 workers on site.
- Ensure all technical specifications and design requirements are met.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and coordinate multi-discipline work (civil + MEP).
- Ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective completion of the project.
- Maintain project documentation, HSE compliance, and safety procedures.
