Responsibilities:
- Providing essential career support to graduates, including advice on interviews and CV preparation.
- Managing and facilitating training programs for students preparing to go to Japan.
- Communicating effectively with Japanese sales personnel at our Japan head office and clients through email and online meetings.
- Potentially leading a team in the future as you grow within the company.
- For someone who has leadership potential, can be assigned directly as a Leader upon joining.
- Possible to be transferred to Onodera Japan (HQ): Based on performance.
Requirements:
- Min. JLPT N3 certification is required.
- Experience in a leadership role will be a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Candidates with more than 3 years of work experience may be considered directly for a Leader position.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
