Our client is one of the biggest Banking company in Asia, looking for AVP Client Advisory who is experienced in Retail Banking. 
 
Job Description:
  • Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities in order to reach those targets
  • Increase customer account balance through continuous execution of sales activities (via calls, walk-ins, and visits):
  • Introduce and explain products / promotions
  • Provide product consultation
  • Cross-sell
  • Handle customer account-related administrative procedures / paperwork
  • Account opening
  • Keep track of customer communications and transactions
  • Stay updated on Company products and promotions, and preferably also market products, players, and trends
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers:
  • Regular courtesy calls – to check up on customers, not just for sales purposes
  • Profiling: understand needs, preferences, life styles
  • Product inquiries
  • Solve customer issues
  • Conduct financial planning
  • Uphold an overall superior service standard that is in line with Wealth Management banking image and reputation
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Serve as focal point between customer acquisition team and telebanking team in ensuring seamless synchronization of customer knowledge
  • Work closely with ALL members of the branch team
  • All sales activities must be done in compliance with company and government regulations and policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in retail banking, customer service, or financial advisory roles is preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products, services, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office suite.
