Our client is a group that provides interactive park and playing experiences for both adults and children. As the Content & Program Executive, you are expected to generate new innovations and ideas for their parks and other new program innovations.
Job Description
- Establish creative ideas and generate program’s objective.
- Establish yearly program calendar that comprises of all programmes including but not limited classes, teambuilding programmes, holiday camps.
- Responsible for delivering the programmes using appropriate teaching and learning methods.
- Effective project management and review of programmes.
- Ensure consistency and a structured environment during the execution of the programmes.
- Main liaison between vendors and internal teams leading up to event day.
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans.
- Responsible for programmes profit and loss.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the team. Coach and develop the potential of others in functions related to the company's parks programmes.
Job Requirements
- Min 3 years’ experience in outdoor camps/team building/sports coaching fields
- Experienced in managing external vendors, project management and general admin duties.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with different complexity simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Flexible, self–starter, dynamic
- Ability to work in a high paced environment.
