Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Business Director to oversee tools industry business in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and experience in e-commerce and managing a team of sales professionals. The Country Business Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, with a focus on e-commerce channels
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, both in traditional and e-commerce channels
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the e-commerce space
  • Develop and manage the annual budget for the country's business unit, with a focus on e-commerce growth
  • Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction, with a particular focus on e-commerce sales
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, with a focus on e-commerce channels
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure products meet customer needs, both in traditional and e-commerce channels
  • Manage any issues or challenges that arise, working with relevant stakeholders to find effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those specific to e-commerce

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tools industry
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on e-commerce channels
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth, with a focus on e-commerce channels
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data, with a focus on e-commerce channels
  • Experience in e-commerce management and understanding of e-commerce technologies and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
