Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred (at least 2-3 years).
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, preferably Japanese Speaker (N3).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and standard office software.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to work in Cikarang
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide recommendations for dining options, nearby attractions, and entertainment venues.
- Arrange transportation services and coordinate luggage assistance as needed.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's offerings, promotions, and policies.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
