Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred (at least 2-3 years).
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, preferably Japanese Speaker (N3).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and standard office software.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide recommendations for dining options, nearby attractions, and entertainment venues.
  • Arrange transportation services and coordinate luggage assistance as needed.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's offerings, promotions, and policies.
  • Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
  • Upsell hotel amenities and services to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
