A Leading Japanese Trading company is currently looking for an exceptional Japanese-Speaker Delivery Coordinator in order to help them in the distribution of their furniture goods to be sold in the Indonesian market. In this role you will be working collaboratively with the Delivery team in their office in Jakarta.

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct appropriate ordering based on sales forecasts.
- Respond to inquiries from stores.
- Manage replenishment of inventory to stores.
- Control inventory at Distribution Centers.
- Place orders with overseas and domestic suppliers.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (Min N3) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Proven 3 years of experience as a PPIC or Delivery Staffs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
