Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of extrusion-related machinery and systems.
- Collaborate with product development, operations, and supply chain teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Implement and improve project tracking tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong background in project management (new machine installation, line balancing, upgrading) and total productive maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with extrusion machinery (e.g., plastic, metal, or rubber extrusion).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
