Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of extrusion-related machinery and systems.
Collaborate with product development, operations, and supply chain teams to align engineering goals with business objectives.
Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Implement and improve project tracking tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong background in project management (new machine installation, line balancing, upgrading) and total productive maintenance.
Hands-on experience with extrusion machinery (e.g., plastic, metal, or rubber extrusion).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
