FAT Supervisor

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field from a reputable university.
- Experience working in Big 4 Public Accounting Firms (KAP) and Corporate.
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Accounting, audit, consulting, or related financial roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data either with excel or programs.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, and basic tax principles.
- Experience in preparing management reports, business reviews, or interacting with external auditors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills on English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, ERP) and Microsoft Excel is a must.
- Experience in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and conducting reconciliations is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.
- High integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic are important qualities.
