Job Responsibilities :
· Visit all customers to maintain and nurture relationships with the aim of monitoring product performance.
· Product analysis (performance, problem, countermeasure)
· Provide Training to customers
· Follow up if there are complaints from customers
· Perform work in accordance with ISO procedures
Job Requirements:
· Associate or Bachelor of Degree in Any Major
· At least 2 years experience in technical of OTR Tire (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
· Familiar with the computer literate (Ms. Office)
· Willing to travel to all customers in Indonesia
· Has capability of communication and presentation skill
· Has capability of problem solving & strong initiative
· Can Speak English fluently
· Honest, has good analytical skills, can work as Individuals & team
· Working with deadlines and under pressure
