Job Descriptions:
Oversee all finance and accounting activities for the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
Review general ledgers, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Formulate financial strategies, manage budgets, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Identify financial risks, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure adherence to all financial regulations and tax obligations.
Implement and manage financial systems to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team, establishing clear roles and objectives.
Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics sectors.
In-depth knowledge of internal control principles and best practices, with proficiency in financial systems like Accurate.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with a high level of business integrity and accountability.
Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Report to Expatriate).
Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
