Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes and food concepts from idea to scale-up.
- Conduct ingredient and flavor research to identify innovative components.
- Design and test prototypes, maintaining detailed documentation of experiments.
- Participate in sensory evaluations and taste panels to gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, supply chain).
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze sensory evaluations and consumer feedback to refine products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in food research and development
- Proficiency in English, both in written and spoken form is mandatory
- Experience in bread and confectionary is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to listen actively and articulate ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to lead application and presentation projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passionate about food innovation, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve routine product issues
