Responsibilities:
  • Work closely as the Counterpart for all functional leaders in Bitung Plant including coaching, counseling, provide advice, guidance/intervene all Leaders related to HR matters.
  • Ensure implementation of HR Policies in Plant Bitung including but not limited to Organization Structure Design, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction & Integration, Promotion/Rotation/Mutation/Demotion, Performance Management, etc.
  • Identify potential issues related to employee relationship and/or compliance of regulations include investigate and resolve problems, e.g. working conditions, disciplinary actions, employee complaint, grievances and etc.
  • Partnering with Training Department to conduct Training Programs and participate in evaluation and follows up to ensure training objectives are met, including drive the internalization of Company Core Values to employee to ensure those required values & behavior are reflected in employee’s routine activities.
  • Perform human resource management administration & services including:
    • Maintaining HR database to ensure that all employee related information is managed, aligned and processed appropriately.
    • Ensuring completeness, accuracy and on-time of all compensation & benefit aspect including payroll calculation (Non Staff – Spv Level) and benefit both statutory (BPJS TK and BPJS Kesehatan) and non-statutory (claim reimbursement, insurance, etc.).
    • Ensuring all employee administration services (Surat Keterangan, SK Mutasi, Promosi, etc.) are provided timely
  • Updated on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding HR Matters, to help leaders ensure compliance.
  • Consistently create & provide Periodic Report (Weekly, Monthly, Semester & Yearly) according to the organization needs
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) and proactively provide solutions to organization.
 
Specifications:
  • Significant experience as a HR Generalist in manufacturing company dealing with the :
    • Man Power Planning
    • Employee Relation
    • Employee Disciplinary & Productivity
    • Personnel Administration
    • Payroll Management
  • Manufacturing company with 24/7 or shift work schedule and unionized workforce company.
  • Reputable local/private companies or MNC Companies with size min. 300 employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and HRIS.
  • Thorough Knowledge of UU13, UUCK, other related Labor Law and Income Tax Regulation.
  • Sufficient ability to process, analyze numbers and data related to HR matters, cost, headcount management.
  • Minimum 10 years HR working experiences with at last 3 years as HR Manager.
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1).
