Position                       : HRGA Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
As the HRGA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the Human Resources and General Affairs functions. Liaise with international clientele and stringent ISO standards, your responsibilities will be diverse and crucial.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must!
• Proven experience as an HRGA Manager in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of ISO standards and quality audits.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Prior experience in handling Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) negotiation or Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
