REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor's degree law/psychology
- 8 years' experience for HR & IR
- Good communication in English
- discipline, has leadership skill
- Willing to work in West Jakarta
JOBDESC:
- Initiate short & long term of HR planning strategies
- Designing of prospective employees: training and development needs
- Have the skills to manage teamworks, matrix skill/competence
- Recruitment system to support all HR activities
- Understood and analyze labor laws, work procedure, payroll, etc.
- Familiar with HRIS
