Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of regional Key Account Managers spread across Indonesia (multiple countries in Asia)
• Elevating our client project delivery and support processes & standards.
• Ownership of our client onboarding, training, and engagement, enhancing overall
client experience strategies.
• Working closely with our Product and Development Teams to represent the voice of
the client during the onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support stages.
• Engaging & reporting regularly to senior executives on the client’s team.
• Abitrate client needs and business growth requirements
Experience:
• At least 3 years leading regional technology projects in a leadership position and
managing client stakeholders in a leadership position.
• Effective communication abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience managing a regional team.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Ability to work closely with other technical staff and the internal management team
