Key Responsibilities:
Analyze economic and policy developments, identifying their potential impact on our stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry associations, and other key opinion leaders.
Draft clear, concise, and insightful memos, reports, and other materials for internal and external audiences.
Organize and facilitate working group and committee meetings, ensuring productive discussions.
Job Requirements
Must be fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 equivalent).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Min. 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a role involving policy, government relations, consulting, or economic research.
A solid understanding of Indonesia's economic and business environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the manpower and labor industries is a plus.
