About the Role
We are seeking two motivated Junior Admin professionals to support our invoicing and logistics operations. These roles are critical in ensuring smooth business processes and accurate documentation across our trading activities.
1. Admin Invoicing
• Review sales orders, contracts, and shipping logs to prepare accurate invoices.
• Send invoices to clients via email, mail, or specialized portals.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies by coordinating with sales and logistics teams.
• Track payment statuses and issue reminders for overdue accounts.
2. Admin Logistic
• Process purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Coordinate with warehouses and transport providers for timely shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
Qualifications
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Work Experience: At least 1 year in a related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and teamwork mindset
