Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies for grain products to achieve sales targets and increase brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital media, print, television, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop sales support materials, promotional tools, and training programs to drive product awareness and sales conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, suppliers, and industry influencers, to support marketing initiatives and foster partnerships.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote grain products and network with industry peers.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles within the food or consumer goods industry, with a focus on grain products preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
