A leading smartphone brand is seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to lead the development of the public persona and digital presence for its C-level executives.
Must-Have Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English
Background in the smartphone industry
Willingness to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive communications, personal branding, or digital content strategy
Proven track record managing content production teams and developing content for C-level executives
Deep understanding of social platforms, content trends, algorithm optimization, and audience engagement strategies
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement personal branding strategies for senior executives
Lead the full content lifecycle: from ideation and scripting to production and publishing
Deliver 3 high-quality video assets per week, tailored for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Ensure content consistency in tone, messaging, and branding
Collaborate closely with internal teams (PR, Communications, Creative) to enhance visibility
