Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients within the region, focusing on heavy equipment or trucking financing.
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer businesses and prepare comprehensive reports to support financial facility approvals.
• Draft and submit detailed credit applications for internal review.
• Manage and monitor active client accounts, ensuring timely payment collection.
• Drive growth by expanding the regional business portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and commercial vehicle dealers.
• Acquire new clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
• Oversee collections from overdue accounts with tact and persistence.
• Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports to track performance.
• Provide monthly market updates and insights for strategic planning.
Requirement:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing within a multi-finance or leasing company.
• Proficient in English—spoken and written.
• Hands-on experience in heavy equipment and machinery financing.
• Deep understanding of the heavy equipment leasing industry.
• Strong command of credit analysis, financial statement interpretation, and marketing strategies.
• Excellent network, relationship-building abilities, and strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and proactive initiative.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, with a strong personality and ability to perform under pressure.
• Possesses a valid driver’s license and can operate a vehicle.
• Willing to be placed in the Jakarta area.
