Job Summary
The Marketing Supervisor will lead and coordinate export-import marketing strategies across Asian markets, with a strong focus on Japanese clientele. This role involves managing international trade operations, developing market entry strategies, and maintaining high-level client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Asia, especially Japan, Southeast Asia, and East Asia.
Oversee logistics, documentation, and compliance for cross-border shipments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese customers, ensuring cultural sensitivity and high service standards.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
Track KPIs, analyze market trends, and report performance to senior management.
Ensure all export-import documentation complies with international trade laws and Japanese regulations.
Work closely with logistics, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import marketing, preferably in Asia.
Proven track record of handling Japanese clients or working in Japan-related markets.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Deep understanding of Asian trade regulations, especially import/export protocols.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge in export-import market & regulations across Asia countries
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies with a track record of dealing with multiple Japanese customers
