Requirement :
  1. Having experience minimum 5 years’ experience focusing on talent management and organization development.
  2. Education : Bachelor’s degree Psychology.
  3. Quick Learner & adaptation.
  4. Fluent in English (both oral and written).
  5. Computer literate - Microsoft Excel.
  6. Broad knowledge in Organization Development, Talent Management, People Development, Job Analysis & Assessment Center.
  7. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  8. Have good analytical thinking & good problem solving.

Role/Job Desc :
  1. Oversees the development of Training Program,
  2. Develop and maintain the company's career path system by identifying the job characteristic of each department whether it's structural or functional
  3. Conduct employee's career development based on company's organizational requirement and the career path system
  4. Organize and conduct the assessment center process whether carrying out independently or using a third party
  5. Facilitation of change management initiative and review current development program to ensure linkage with company goals.
  6. To build human capital and strong employee development culture.
  7.  Facilitates the development and implementation of employee performance measurement to gauge the success of program and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Prepare the administration of succession planning program by mapping the available talent
  9. Prepare the policy regarding talent management and organizational development in accordance with company’s need
  10. Recruitment based on Competency Behavior
