Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in the areas of interior design, architecture engineering, civil engineering.
Background in furniture or proven experience in full building fit-out including furniture supply and installation is a must!
5+ years of project management experience in construction from scratch. 4 and/or 5-star hotel experience is a must!
Energetic and polished individual with prior experience working with government.
Prior experience managing successful projects with values minimal from IDR 50B +.
Experience with high-end architectural + millwork packages.
Prior experience leading and overseeing multiple concurrent projects (3–4 projects at a time), with proven ability to delegate and manage Site Managers.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering built-in furniture solutions in line with client requirements.
Manage all phases of the project from beginning to the end, including Budget Plan & Cost (RAB), schedules, work methods, manpower, and materials.
Ensure the Budget Plan and Cost (RAB) are in accordance with the approved budget.
Monitor project schedules, progress, and site issues, and conduct evaluation, supervision, and reporting.
Oversee and evaluate the work of Site Managers.
Perform overall evaluation of project implementation.
Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
