Our client in theme park developer is looking for a recruitment manager with job qualification and description as follow:
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skilled in Psychological tests.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in line with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry partnerships.
