One of our clients, an IT company, is looking for a SALES DIRECTOR.
Reporting directly to ASEAN REGIONAL DIRECTOR, the person will lead the Indonesia sales & marketing team with full P&L responsibility and help built a team of dedicated sales team. His/her main responsibilities are to maintain existing good business relationships with key clients and business partners, and develop new business opportunities. He/she will have sales and marketing duties and will function to concentrate on strategic market/new business development initiatives. He/she is expected to spearhead the growth & development of the local offices by representing company at the highest level.
In short, he/she is primarily responsible for providing leadership and direction to ensure it achieves its profitability and growth objectives according to the financial budgets and plans. Further, some of her/his main duties include directing the activities of the sales team, identifying key areas of growth, providing and ensuring customer satisfaction and acting as a liaison with Corporate office for field and management based activities.
The ideal candidate must have proven sales track record and strong background in IT sales, particularly with experience in direct sales and managing large corporate accounts. The person must also be able to lead channel sales team, achieve revenue by implementing business strategies effectively. S/He will have business relationship management, sales & marketing duties and people development experience. S/He will have the ability to create, manage and develop top level customer and industry relationships.
Indonesian citizen is a must with good command of English - both spoken and written.
Willing to work in West Jakarta.
