Responsibilities:
- Support proposal and solution development for commercial facility security systems.
- Coordinate with local suppliers and subcontractors (particularly ELV/weak-current specialists) to ensure proper installation, project quality, and schedule control.
- Work closely with the sales team (sales activities are handled separately).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese and local clients.
- Attend client meetings and provide technical explanations and documentation.
- Conduct system-related technical testing during the interview process (e.g., reading/creating simple system diagrams).
- Provide troubleshooting support and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Background in ELV/weak-current, security systems, subcontractor management, or related technical fields is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience at Japanese subcontractors or ELV subcontractors are considered strong immediate contributors.
- Strong stress tolerance and accountability (no habit of making excuses).
- Clear explanation of reasons for previous job changes.
- Ability to work independently, especially when stationed in regional areas.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English (Japanese ability is a plus).
Preferences:

- Able to collaborate effectively with local subcontractors and technical teams.
- Flexible and comfortable with frequent business travel.
