Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in new and existing overseas business system projects, including implementation and optimization of finance and sales modules.
- Assist project teams in daily management, including schedule, cost, and risk control, and take responsibility for project delivery.
- Analyze and understand overseas customer requirements, provide process optimization suggestions and product solution plans based on business characteristics.
- Responsible for demand gathering, solution proposal, training, and implementation support in overseas markets or project sites.
- Responsible for project documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and training materials. May require long-term assignment overseas to support local subsidiaries and system users.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above from 211/985 universities preferred; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Familiar with manufacturing finance and cost operations, including accounts receivable/payable, assets, foreign exchange, capital, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and reporting.
- Experience with SAP ERP implementation, especially SAP FICO, SD, MM modules preferred.
- Familiar with SAP business processes, solid understanding of project and system implementation methodologies. PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work well with global project teams and external service providers.
- Willing to travel or be stationed overseas long-term as required.
