Job Description
-) Develop high-level Project Alignment with Sales Operation 
-) Business Strategy along with business relationship Manager and Business Solution Manager
-) Create execution strategy and high-level Project Planning 
-) Plan, Do, Check, and Action both internally and externally
-) Manage stakeholder expectation
-) Review and mitigate risk

 

Requirements
-) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT-related major
-) Having a minimum of 5 years experience in IT, especially as a Program Manager or Scrum Master
-) Mastering Project Management in the Agile method
-) Having good communication skills, especially in negotiation & presentation
-) Having management & coordination skills across organization
-) Having risk mitigation skill
-) Able to develop others as a leader
