Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges, positioning our industrial robot products as essential solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  • Solution Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our range of robotic products and services, effectively demonstrating their value propositions.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations of contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutual satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to drive strategic decision-making and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, engineering, and product development to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, account status reports, and activity updates to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 5 years in key account management within the industrial robotics or factory automation sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and robotic technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, plan, and execute sales initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforces preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
