Our client is property developer that focus on tourism and hospitality is looking for sales manager for Low Rise with Qualification and Responsibilities as below:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling low rise project management
Proven experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing practices, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, security, and tenant relations.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and address any issues promptly.
Ensure the property complies with all health and safety regulations.
Assist in the development and management of property budget
Prepare regular reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, maintenance activities, and financial metrics.
Provide updates to stakeholders on property-related matters.
