Job Description
- Implementing effective student recruitment and retention strategies.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract prospective students, focusing on Indonesian students.
- Develop, implement, and manage the college's marketing strategies to enhance its brand image and visibility in the master's education sector.
- Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams in Japan to ensure the marketing strategies align with the university's mission, vision, and educational goals.
- Become the Indonesian representative, collaborate with partners or marketing vendors to boost student recruitment and admission numbers.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience leading regional sales, marketing, or student recruitment teams in international company.
- Previous experience in higher education student recruitment/admission/educational consultant is a must.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy.
