Job Description:
Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Organize monthly cycle count for selective customer and yearly stock count to ensure stock accuracy
Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods
Develop and maintain strong and reliable relationship with all department
Any reasonable additional duties requested or delegated by the line Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Experience in Warehouse Management for more than 5 years
Understand all existing systems, Quality Management Systems, ISO, Safety, Halal and GMP
Have knowledge of the QA/ SAP system for warehouses
Highly motivated, agile, good at communicating and working with others
Able to speak english well (verbal & non-verbal)
