Job Responsibilities:
- Works with HR Director to develop organization development and talent management strategy aligned with overall company strategies. This may include, Competency Management, Performance Management System (Performance Improvement & Development Plan), planning and developing Career Development Plan, Succession Planning to supports organization and people readiness.
- Together with respective Director to review and analyze organization structure based on company goals and targets:
- Analyze and review each of organization structure in accordance with organization changes.
- Define manpower standard parameter and ensure its sufficient (not only limited in headcount number, but also competency).
- Incolaboration with respective Director and HR Director, communicate the updated or new organization structure to all respective employee.
- Maintain all organization structure documentation (historical and revised documents).
- Develop, update and maintain Job Management for all positions in the organization together with respective Manager according to the new and/or updated Organization Structure.
- Create, review and update all Job Management together with respective Manager according to the new and/or updated Organization Structure.
- Maintain all documentations properly (historical and revised documents)
- Performance Management :
- Review and redesign Performance Management System.
- Review, analyze and develop appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with company target.
- Ensure employee understanding on performance management system key concept and activity
- Implement and manage performance management tools, process and programs.
- Working together with HRGA Director and respective HRGA Sr. Manager to evaluate performance management results.
- Talent Management :
- Design talent management matrix and identify the performance of each employee based on performance appraisal and potential.
- Identify underperformers based on talent management matrix and work with HR Operations and respective Manager to implement Performance Individual Plan.
- Identify star performers, focused managers and emerging leaders based on talent management matrix and work with HR Operations and respective leaders to implement Performance Development Plan
- Succession Management
- Develop and implement integrated program for Succession Management.
- In collaboration with HRGA Director and respective Director to develop successor criteria guidelines, identifying key positions based on the criteria and ensure availability of potential successor (incumbent) for the respective position.
- Together with respective leaders and Talent Acquisition & Assessment for Competency assessment for successor.
- Evaluate and select potential successors within the organization and develop PDP program.
- In collaboration with HRGA Director and respective Director to fill the gap of potential successor based on PDP program.
- Training
- In collaboration with HRGA Director, Develop Company Training Roadmap and Leadership Pipeline.
- Review and evaluate training budget and propose to HRGA Director.
- Supervise the Training Manager for PDP and PIP.
Job Specification:
- Significant experience in Organization Development and Talent Management area.
- Experience in implementing Performance Management System.
- Manufacturing company – not too simple manufacturing process with good Performance Management practices.
- A good mix of MNC company & privately-owned company.
- Implementing ISO 9001:2015 management system.
- Strong Presentation & Communication Skill.
- Competency Management.
- KPIs / Scorecard (BSC).
- Good ability to analyze data and figures related to HR Analytical Data.
- Minimum 15 years working experience with 5 years as Organization Development and Talent Management (managerial level).
- Has deep understanding about the business and the organization capabilities.
- Good understanding of business process of each functions in the manufacture company.
- Min S1 – Engineering, Human Resource, Management.
