Job Requirements:
· Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Marketing Management
· At least 3 years experience in the same positions (preferably in mining, heavy equipment, or hydraulic-related industries)
· Good Knowledge in sales and transactional processes to distributors or end-users
· Experience to develop new accounts/customers
· Experience with industrial hose or technical components and sales administration process is an advantage
· Experience in diversified cultural enviroments/organizaiton is an advantage
· Understanding of mining & industrial business & sales administration processes is an advantage
· Familiar with the excel system
· Can Speak English
· Communicative and persuasive
· Strong commitment on sales target achievement
· Willing to work in the field and travel frequently
· Problem solving
Job Responsibility:
· Selling Hydraulic Hose products to customers and distributors
· Building relationships with end-users in mining and manufacturing sectors
· Preparing and achieving sales targets
· Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to ASM
· Supporting product trials, technical training, and promotional activities with the team
