Responsibilities:
- Handle all accounting and tax-related tasks including but not limited to bookkeeping, invoicing, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
- Use the Accurate System for financial management and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local and federal tax regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Report directly to the Accounting Manager and collaborate with the finance team on forecasting and budget planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3~5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax for Japanese company.
- Business-level English proficiency, Japanese is a plus.
- Proficiency in using the Accurate System.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
