One of our clients, a Japanese Trading Company is currently seeking for an outstanding Accounting & Tax Officer to join their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of doing not only the accounting role, but also from the financial reporting, as well as the taxation.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing tax payments.
Estimating and tracking tax returns.
Completing regular tax reports.
Organize and update the company’s tax database.
Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
Handling accounting transactions.
Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank payments.
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Key Requirements:
Have work experience as a tax accountant 2 – 5 years.
Proficient in using accounting software such as accurate, Festa / SAP, Diva.
Have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficient in using Ms Word and Ms Excel.
Have strong analytical skills and good time management.
Have strong numeracy skills.
Graduated majoring in Accounting / Finance / Taxation.
