One of our clients, a Japanese Trading Company is currently seeking for an outstanding Accounting & Tax Officer to join their ever-growing team. In this role you will be in charge of doing not only the accounting role, but also from the financial reporting, as well as the taxation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing tax payments.
- Estimating and tracking tax returns.
- Completing regular tax reports.
- Organize and update the company’s tax database.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns.
- Handling accounting transactions.
- Handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Key Requirements:
- Have work experience as a tax accountant 2 – 5 years.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as accurate, Festa / SAP, Diva.
- Have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in using Ms Word and Ms Excel.
- Have strong analytical skills and good time management.
- Have strong numeracy skills.
- Graduated majoring in Accounting / Finance / Taxation.
