Job Description
1. Project management or various CD initiatives, including strategic review of the industry landscape in Indonesia
2 Lead key project execution in all stages, starting from deal sourcing, market analysis (market research business case, detailed financial analysis), transaction structuring, and execution of the transaction (due diligence, negotiation)
3. Support and liaise with key internal stakeholders in company (BUs, Company BOD, Excom, and other corporate functions) for Strategic projects including all aspects of communication
4. Liaise with external stakeholders (Counterparty, partner) and external consultants on project execution
5. Manage day-to-day operations and mentoring analysts within CD

Requirements
1. Min 12 years working in M&A, Consulting, or PE environment
2. Experience in leading and managing multiple workstreams and projects in M&A, Capital Market, and corporate finance (Restructuring)
3. Strong financial skills (Financial Modeling, valuation, accounting)
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communications (Bahasa and English)
6. Strong network in Indonesia (With local group/conglomerates, business owners, consultants, banks, PE Firms)
1. Min 12 years working in M&A, Consulting, or PE environment
