Job Description:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives
Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven +5 - 7 years experience in banking/leasing/finance marketing management, preferably Japanese company.
- Strong understanding of corporate marketing strategies especially in leasing, finance or banking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Accustomed in managing & handling A-Z all by oneself.
- Familiarity with leasing products and services will be prioritized
