ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Drive projects from initiation to submission with quality and timeliness, and coordinating with involved departments (GBD, Sales, R&D, Regulatory, etc.)
▪ Supporting Sales and distributors to building client relationships, conducting training programs, demonstrating product features, doing presentations and taking part to sales events
▪ Continuous evaluations of best-selling fragrances, trends, in different categories and make winning fragrance selections
▪ Review and improve library collections
▪ Conduct store visits and identify olfactive trends in the marketplace
▪ Provide olfactive descriptions, marketplace rationale, and fragrance mapping to Marketing for customer briefs and presentations
▪ Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and limited resources
▪ Strong olfactive knowledge of product markets across all categories (personal care, household, fine fragrance)
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS
▪ 5 + years of fragrance evaluation experiences in Fragrance Houses/FMCG industry. Additional business development and/or marketing experience a plus.
▪ Presentation and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in XXXX or XXXX required from four-year College or university; Master’s Degree preferred.
